Couldn’t recommend Josh highly enough. He is a fantastic trainer who pushes you hard and helps you maintain good form. He’s great sharing workouts via the True Coach app which is really easy to use and keeps you accountable to working out which is what I appreciate.
He motivates in a real, genuine way which isn’t superficial or forced which I think is important.
Unfortunately I’m moving away and will have to find another trainer but would be lucky to find someone half as good.

Joshua truly is the best in the business. With his extensive international experience, I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to train with him here in New Zealand. Every workout is personalised to what I want to work on and adapted if needed. I struggle with lower back pain and Josh is great at giving me exercises that both protect and strengthen it. 1-1 Personal Training
Hands on 1-1 coaching from start to finish with one of London’s top personal trainers. You will learn how to exercise correctly and efficiently for your body type. Get stronger, leaner and fitter while falling in love with working out!
The first session is always free to make sure you are a good fit for my style of coaching, but most of all to make sure you enjoy your first experience in the gym with me.
Semi Private Personal Training
The 1-1 coaching experience in a group setting. Get 2 -3 friends together and enjoy private workouts fully tailored to each of your needs. Large group classes can sometimes be a bit overwhelming and 1-1 may be a little too intense for you. Semi Private Personal Training is a way to make your workouts more about you and your mates working hard together and enjoying your sessions. Plus they are much more affordable by splitting the cost between the participants.
Nutrition Overhaul
We will take a deep dive into your current habits and then formulate a simple and strategic nutrition plan. A plan that is fully tailored to what your body needs in order to perform and be healthy but is super easy to follow. No crazy diets or fads. Whole foods and lots of them!
