We ordered take away here for the first time, were so excited. ordered for $85 my partner picked it up and we looked inside, ordered a Dessert that was completly missing! 🤷🏽‍♀️ ($12) and ordered Onion Rings with Aioli (the Aioli was missing too) 🤷🏽‍♀️ We texted them and said "Oh, thats odd and we run out of Aioli" There were 4 people standing around, Restaurant was empty (there were about to shut 15mins before closing) But nobody double checked our order or did not even mentoined anything about the Aioli and did not even recognized that they forgot a whole dessert 🤦🏼‍♀️. Sorry but this Service inappropriate and unprofessional. Still waiting for my refund the answer for this was NOT Oh gosh so sorry for that yes of course will refund it straight away... no the answer was "I CAN refund it" but nothing says in cash or back to your payment method or or or... Can't recommend this service, sorry guys. Theses mistakes are a no go. Double checking is so important! And please do NOT forget our REFUND! Thanks Janine & Daniel More...
