It's refreshing to follow a realistic plan without cutting out certain food groups and following a strict non sustainable diet. This focuses on long term lifestyle choices to re program all those fad diet silliness. Easy to follow workouts I can work into my busy day,I'm feeling stronger and more toned with more energy. I have joined about 6 weeks ago and already feel the difference in my energy levels and my relationship with food. Sanna and her team is there as support non stop and are open to assist with any questions on my journey. The weekly facebook session also is really helpful and motivational in the sense of not feeling alone on this journey. The exercise program is convenient because you can do it in the comfort of your own home and there is no need to spend extra money on gym workouts. Since I have started this lifestyle and increasing protein and vegetables as part of my meals everyday, I don't have so much cravings any more, as I never feel hungry. It's a lot of food but it's healthy. There is no need to buy special food for this lifestyle as it's already part of the groceries I buy for my family. I've changed my mindset. It's not about the weight on the scale, it's about the centimeters lost and the changes I feel on my clothes. I've tried many diets in the past and always gained the lost kilos back and some extra. I have been on Sanna’s programme for about 5 weeks now, and am already seeing results, I feel more energetic, sleep better, feel healthier and am getting fitter. If you put the work in, it is worth it! I love the exercise workouts because you get to tick them off in the trainerise app when completed which adds to the sense of accomplishment- I love seeing all the healthy things I have achieved each week. I have still got a ways to go, but can see it is possible with hard work and support from Sanna and her team. Looking forward to a better future! More...

Sanna has been vital for where I am in my life at the moment. She has given me the tools I need to stay focused on myself and my journey. I love the step-by-step guidance to fitness and healthy weight loss. You're not made to feel a failure if you fall off the "wagon", Sanna gived you the tools to get back up and not beat yourself up about it. Where do I start...Sanna's programme worked wonders for me. I was ready to make some crucial lifestyle changes for the better and Sanna helped give me the mind tools to literally change my life for the better. Sanna is awesome with her coaching. She keeps you accountable. Her nutrition plans are super easy to follow and it works ! !!! I've done the 12 week program and lost almost 10kg on it !!!! t is an easy programme to follow, I love the weekly progress reports as keeps you accountable. I have done lots of diets lost weight and put it back on. This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change and is sustainable. Sanna is great and keeping in contact and checking in how you are going. I would highly recommend. Sanna approached me 8 weeks ago and talked to me about her programme. I was a little hesitant as I have tried every diet going with no long term success and always felt like I was depriving myself of foods I love. I have been doing her programme for 7 weeks and have lost 7.9kg and I’m feeling the best I have felt in a very long time. I have always struggled with my weight but for the first time in my adult life I feel so confident knowing the weight is coming off for good. I have learnt so much about food, exercise and hydration. I joined Sanna's programme after a family member raved about her. Having type 1 diabetes means I have free access to dieticians but even with their advice & really restricted calorie diet the weight wouldn't shift. I have lost over half a stone in 8 weeks (3.4kg) on Sanna'a programme and that is with a bad case of Covid for 3 weeks and a knee injury!! Sanna has helped me achieve the right balance of calories to lose weight in a sustainable way without hunger. Her guidance on how to do this with protein has been amazing and I never feel hungry & feel so healthy. My metabolism is getting healthier as my insulin pump tells me I need 12% less insulin as my metabolism is revving back up again. I see the muscle tone developing and know the weight loss is fat as I build back muscle. This programme is excellent even if you have health issues you can work with Sanna - I had a stroke 2 years ago age 44 as well as having broken my back when younger. After my stroke I packed on weight due to post stroke fatigue but Sanna's advice has been the only programme to help shift it sustainably. I initially joined Sanna’s plan after having a hysterectomy earlier this year with the intention of not gaining anymore weight, which has slowly been creeping up every year. I have instead lost weight and gained so much knowledge and understanding of what my body needs to function optimally. I love the fact that Sanna’s plan focuses on creating sustainable habits, and it has taught me how to be in a calorie deficit without starving and still having the energy to exercise. Sanna’s methods are simple and the weekly coaching group sessions help to reinforce the importance that simple changes can make and give great practical advice. Sanna herself is motivating and non-judgemental which allows you to be real with your progress. I no longer go to bed every night beating myself up and feeling guilty about the food choices that I make during the day, and the workouts have made me feel so much stronger. My clothes fit so much better and I am even fitting into clothes I wasn’t able to wear before starting this. One of the most valuable points I have taken away is that one bad meal, day, weekend, does not have to turn into a continuous cycle, and consistency is key. I started with Sanna in June 2022. I was at the point where I had tried every diet, pill, shake etc and just kept putting on weight. I had developed an unhealthy relationship with food where I would restrict food, and then binge and feel guilty. I was also exercising for over an hour everyday and not getting any results. The worst thing was turning down invites to social functions as I was worried I would 'fall off the wagon.' I was at a point where I didn't know what a healthy relationship with food was. Since being on Sannas program, I have learnt so much about sleep, food, stress, hydration, nutrition and most of all the importance of a balanced lifestyle. I now know what I need to do to be stronger, fitter and healthier but can still go out and enjoy a night with friends or have a piece of birthday cake and not feel guilty. I have also cut down on exercise and am now able to spend more time with my family. I have more time, eat more and I am fitter, more toned and have lost weight. Since I started my journey with Sanna 7 weeks ago, I am noticing lot of changes already. One main change is having lots more energy. I have never once procrastinated doing a workout since joining. They are fun and don't take up much time at all. I find I have been going outside walking lots on top of doing the workouts. My energy levels are high. I have also noticed I no longer snack on unhealthy foods like I use too, and I'm not missing them either. This is due to eating the right food during the day. My sleep has improved immensely also. Creating a healthy lifestyle will help you to lose weight for optimal health, wellness and longevity.

Losing weight, even just 5 to 10 percent of excess weight, can add years to your life. Not only will you live longer, but also you'll feel better and deal with fewer health complications.

I love seeing clients improving their health and losing weight without dieting. I coach them how they can eat foods they love and how to add exercise into their busy lives even when they thing they cant by creating new habits and routines. I help clients to lose weight and create sustainable lifestyle and most of all keep it off.

I created No Diet Method as I struggled with my own weight loss journey for years.

My struggles with my weight started in my early 20’s when I moved to London and I was abusing my body daily with poor food choices (lots of take aways and lots of drinking). This lasted until my early 30’s.

Before I got into the fitness industry I was going nowhere…I was depressed….I felt like I was a failure. Monday mornings were my own personal hell. I had no direction and honestly couldn't see any way out of the cycle that I was in....something had to change or I was going to break.

I tried all the diets under the planet, tried diet pills, Keto, shakes etc and even had eating disorder where I would eat a LOT ( I mean proper binge eating) and after went to the toilet and vomited all food… and next day started diet again… and I was in a vicious cycle until my late 30’s where I would stop and start a new diet frequently as I wasn’t seeing results from the old one and I would do crazy amount of cardio thinking this would lead to weight loss…(the eating disorder was thankfully a short lived one and manage to stop it without major damage).

I am not perfect no one is, but if you don’t take action you never know what you are capable of. Stop making excuses and start somewhere, we all have to start.

Now I teach clients to do this and this is my dream job and I am happy to be able to help clients to succeed each day.
Top 3 things I see as a coach everyday… (and I was doing the exact things myself before).
1. Not setting goals (or setting goals that are not achievable)
2. Not being consistent
3. Thinking the less I eat and more I exercise = Weight Loss (which is definitely NOT the way to go...)
Unfortunately, there isn’t a quick fix out there as if there was we all would be skinny and happy, right?

Think will you take action today or continue searching for the “quick weight loss system”, start a “new quick fix diet that someone else got results”, “YouTube exercises”, “cheapest trainer” in other words collecting lot of information but never implementing anything long term.
