First time here and loved everything about it the fact that it’s all open and you can see the kitchen through to the friendly staff. The food and drink was amazing best hot chocolate in town. Went to Sentinel for the first time this morning. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and this was among the best I've had... I had to go back for seconds! Also had the Keto bowl. It was delicious, balanced, and the cabbage pickle stuff was a brilliant accompaniment to the salmon. Be aware if you are of a more "robust" build you may want to avoid the "cozy" booths. I'll certainly be back and would recommend Sentinel if you are looking for coffee or a lunch time bite to eat in Hamilton's CBD. More...
