I work with children, adolescents, and adults on a variety of issues, supporting them to understand challenges, develop new skills and find solutions. I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Applied Counselling with Psychotherapeutic Studies (NMIT).
The therapeutic modalities I use range from traditional talking therapy to creative therapy using miniatures and trays of sand. Counselling is a safe place for children and adults to talk about problems and to express thoughts and feelings through words and play.
The counselling I provide is in a non-judgemental environment where clients can feel comfortable to explore their world. I strongly believe in the resilience of individuals and the personal growth that is gained from self-empowerment.
