What do you love most about your job?
I love the daily learning that I get to do when working with my clients. Leaning into difference, discomfort, and challenges spur me on and facilitating the development of self confidence, self efficacy and growth goals in others is a real privilege for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a solo parent of two children I wanted to work in an area that I am passionate about whilst also having flexibility to support my family life.
Having my own business also allows me to more freely pursue the promotion and development of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you would like a customised coaching approach which is genuine and stretches you to be the best you can be (whatever that looks like for you) then I can provide that. Having worked in both prisons and the community with people who have committed serious offences I am a strong believer in our behaviors being a part of us but not defining us. To this end, I am able to be compassionate, honest and transparent with my client relationships.

I can provide online services via Teams or Zoom. If there is another preferred platform for the client then that's all good too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During alert levels I ensure that I follow all Government and Ministry of Health guidance. The provision of online / virtual coaching ensure there is also minimal disruption to services.
Coaching
Coaching is provided within a holistic wellbeing framework recognising that all part of us integrate to create our unique self.
Coaching sessions are not developing based on pre determined theory, or cookie cutter session designs. All sessions are customised taking into account a myriad of factors including individual and dynamic values, preferences, needs and priorities.
Drawing on lived experiences, both as a leader and as a Psychologist, as well as a robust evidence base, the relationship and process outcomes are key focuses.
