Ralph Blackburn is the Founder and Managing Director of R + R Blackburn Consulting Limited.

Ralph is a Chartered Accountant (with over 25 years CA experience) and is also a Member of the Institute of Directors in NZ (MInstD).

Before establishing R + R Blackburn Consulting Limited, Ralph worked for successful Waikato businesses across diverse industries such as the dairy industry, FMCG, tapware manufacturer, public transport, and automotive retail.

The types of roles Ralph has held in these businesses have been Financial Controller, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, and Dealer Principal.

Ralph actively volunteers in the not-for-profit sector having previously been Vice Chair and Chair of Tennis Waikato Bays, Chair of the Waikato Tennis Trust. Currently Ralph is the Board Chair of the Eastlink Community Hub.

Ralph is also a Volunteer Mentor with Business Mentors NZ helping aspiring new Business Owners achieve their dreams.
