What do you love most about your job?
I love sitting with someone, learning about their life and their passions, asking questions to draw out practical solutions to their challenges, and then seeing the changes in them when they are achieving their goals. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the difference in energy and mood between the first session and the last one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to get back into working with people one on one and also have more flexibility in my lifestyle. I'm a big believer in work-life balance and doing things that make you feel happy and satisfied in your career.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Psychology and behaviour change, and I see real results with my clients. I am easy to talk to, non-judgmental, honest and open, and I believe in your ability to achieve your goals.

I can provide coaching either online (via zoom or Microsoft Teams) or in person (in the Wellington region) at a time that suits you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Having the online option definitely helps, I would never meet with a client in person if I had been exposed to Covid-19 or had symptoms, and I would always disclose if I hsad been unwell but had recovered. I believe the client should make an informed decision about whether they want to meet in person. I am also fully vaccinated.
Personal Coaching
I offer one on one coaching, either in person or online, where I will work alongside you to identify and work towards your goals, and navigate any challenges as they arise. This might include goals such as: building leadership skills and qualities, increasing confidence, time management and productivity, improving your relationships with others, managing stress and other emotions, and/or finding direction in your career.
Group Workshops
I offer workshops and trainings which are tailored to the needs of your group. I will work with you to identify and refine your needs, then design a workshop which will achieve the best outcomes for you. This may include: team dynamics and interpersonal skills, working to your strengths, finding direction and common values, and/or skill building.
