Piano & Ukulele lessons with Alvina

Hi everyone, my grand daughter, aged 8 has been learning the piano with Alvina for the last 6 months. Alvina has come to my home and taught my three children 14yrs, 12 yrs and 10yrs old piano lessons for the passed 3 years, she is an incredible teacher, and the improvement my children have made since she started teaching them has been remarkable, she has an amazing ability to adapt her teaching style to my children needs as they all need something a little different. The only thing I don't like about Alvinas Piano lessons is that they're in Auckland NZ and we are in Melbourne. We miss her Sooo much! She is such an amazing teacher for any age. She is super calm, relaxed and has a great handle on each individual child she understands and figures them out so that her teaching methods are effective and customized to enhance growth in their practise. My Sons adore her. What she taught them three years ago they have retained. That I believe is a testament to her teaching. Choosing her as a Piano teacher is a must! More...

My 12 year old just LOVES Alvina!!! Her love for piano has increased with each lesson! Alvina teaches with such ease and has created confidence in my daughter that she didn’t have when she began. I highly recommend her!!
