What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I think the most important thing is how you feel when the photograph is being taken, so that when you look back at your photograph it transports you back to that feeling.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I love personalizing my photoshoots to suit each client so I want to know everything, what you like, colours you love, hobbies and interests, I also want to know what you may feel less confident about so I can make sure you LOVE your images from me.
What do you love most about your job?
EVERYTHING!!! I love...LOVE! I love getting to hang out with people on their most special days, I love snuggling babies and I love pregnancy and making woman feel as beautiful as they look!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something creative while also having flexibility to work part time and around my family life.

If my photographs speak to you then choose me, I love working with people who will love the end result and who want to have a whole lot of fun getting it! If my photos don't resonate with you that's absolutely ok too!
Wedding Photography
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, it is such an honor to be chosen to document your special day and I take my job of photographer seriously. I include a free consultation with every package so I can ensure I know all the details of your big day and I also use this time to help you scout out the best photo locations so I can make sure we create your dream wedding photographs. Maternity Photography
Being pregnant is such a special time in your life, it truly is amazing how our bodies change and adapt to grow another life inside them. I love to create a maternity shoot that is completely you, I'll help you choose a location and I even have a selection of dresses that you can use for the duration of your shoot. The best time to do your maternity shoot is around the 30 week mark, as you will still be able to move around comfortably and will still have a nicely formed bump, however they are so much fun and can be done at any stage of pregnancy.
Newborn Photography
Your baby will never be as tiny as they are when they are first born, documenting all of thier gorgeous little features is so special and a newborns photo's are something that will be treasured for years to come. The best time to do a newborn shoot is within the first two weeks of the baby being born, however a new born shoot can be done at any time up until 3 months of age. I am very aware of newborn safety and all of the images I create are done in a safe and loving environment. I now have a permanent studio set up in a cabin in my front yard which is fully equipped for a newborn session with all of my wraps and props on hand I have found however over the years that sometimes parents prefer to hold the session in their own home so I have a mobile studio and can come to your own home and it means that you do not have to go anywhere (which can be a big deal especially for a first time mum) I have a large selection of hats, wraps, headbands, costumes and props that can be used for the sessions and I love to try and personalize your baby's photoshoot for you.
Portraiture
Capturing precious moments is what is is all about for me. I prefer to capture the genuine connections between a family than have everyone staring the the camera. I can capture any thing from children's milestone pictures to larger family portraits and everything in between. I love to create beautiful images that you will treasure so I love to add something to each session that really resonates with you. It might be we add the theme to the shoot, dress up, create an amazing backdrop, choose a location that is really meaningful to you or even add a unicorn! I have so many ideas and love to create new props or add something special to you pictures to give them that personal touch xx
