Photobooths By LVF is a subsidiary company of Las Vegas Functions Ltd. Perfect for Weddings, Birthdays and Hen Parties. We are different to others as we interact with your guests and make sure they get photos they love. Photos are airdropped to phones and also sent by Dropbox. Options for printed photos on site also available.

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
With our Open Photobooths you get the best of both! We not only supply the backdrop, lighting & mega props we also supply a Photographer who will help you have fun with your photos and get the best images. We can also send the photos directly to guests phones as well as printing high quality 6x4 images onsite (most people prefer getting them straight to their phones).
What photo booth props do you offer?
We have it all! Masks, Glasses, Boa Feathers, Props, Wedding Outfits, Umbrellas, Flower Lei, Hats, Speach Bubbles .... We also try and fit the props to the theme and the backdrop.
What do you love most about your job?
How grateful people are when they see their photos, we get so many hugs from happy people and if they don't like the photo we will happily delete it and try again, there are no limits to the number of photos we take. With the casino functions it's how unique our entertainment is and how much fun people have at the tables.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Dad. He started this business back in the 80's when I was still a primary school and he was in the Police. Back then the functions were purely for fundraising and he would have 20+ games and over 500 people coming to the events at Ellerslie Racecourse and Alexandra Park, I used to help out the back bagging up the chips. Years later when I had my family I started working for him and together we turned the business into entertainment for all types of events. In 2018 Dad officially retired so my husband and I bought the business off him and since then have added in the Open Photobooths.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We spray all our props with disinfectant prior to each event.
Hand sanitiser and aerosol disinfectant available for clients to clean themselves.
Fun Casino Entertainment
Our casino games are hugely popular and lots of fun. Where else can you go to an event and have the Managing Director sitting with the factory workers having a laugh over a game of Blackjack? Most of our clients also tell us their bar tab is down for the night because for once guests have had something to do other than standing around drinking!
We bring the casino games and Croupiers/Dealers to your venue and transform your space into a fun casino (no real money just fun - really no different to playing Monoply). We have Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Texas Holdem Poker, Money Wheel, Crown & Anchor, Mini Dice, & Craps (extra costs involved for Craps due to the size and dealers required). We also have a large selection of wall-sized canvas backdrops and decorations in Auckland.
With over 24 games and 100 staff in Auckland alone we are well equipped to offer you an incredible night of entertainment and can do up to 5 functions a night. We also have a base of staff and equipment in Tauranga, Wellington & Christchurch and are happy to travel to locations outside of these hubs.
You can have anything from 7 to 5,000 people and we will have a way to make the casino games work for you.
Open Photobooths (upper North Island Only)
Our Open Photobooths are a new service we have added to the business and are proving to be hugely popular. Not only do we provide a choice of 12+ backdrops you will also get professional photographic lighting to make your photos POP, loads of props, Photographer, photos airdropped straight to your phone (Apple only) plus there is an option to have photos printed on-site and we send all images by Dropbox file within 48 hours of the event.
We recently did a 21st birthday and they had our Open Photobooth PLUS they had ordered the enclosed "booth" style with a curtain and I am thrilled to say the guests overwhelmingly said they preferred the Open Photobooth as they could have big group photos and have more fun, plus they loved getting the photos straight to their phones.
This Open Photobooth is perfect for Balls, Pre-Ball, Weddings, Corporate Functions, Christmas, Birthdays and so much more.
Most events are around 4 hours and we like to make sure the Open Photobooth is set-up prior to guests arriving but you don't have to pay any more for this.
Fundraisers
The reason this business started was fundraisers so we have continued to offer them. We do regular fundraiser events for Prostate Cancer, Hospice, Schools, Sports Clubs etc. The Prostate Cancer fundraiser usually has 24 casino games and is one of the largest functions we do every year. For Mercy Hospice we do games as part of their Masquerade Ball and this is bi-annual.
There are 2 different ways to do the fundraisers and it can be a bit confusing so I suggest first giving us a call to discuss what your expectations are from the games, what your budget is and how much space you will have so we can work out the best option for you. Your location may also play a part in what we can offer.
