We rescued Oatie, our dog a year ago and she was great around home but was very barky and appeared aggressive when we took her to the beach. We couldn’t take her off lead. It was embarrassing and we worried that she might attack another dog. We couldn’t take her out At our wits end we were recommended Training School for Dogs and Oatie stayed there for 2 weeks. She came back able to be along side other dogs, able to be recalled, will walk alongside us and be recalled & basically can have freedom to enjoy herself, we can relax & we just love having her now. It’s a joy!! Thank you Caleb & your team for all your care, love and hard work on Oatie!! ❤️❤️ More...

If you’re a pawrent in Auckland do your pup a favour and treat them to these amazing adventure walks, home boarding and training services with @melissas_dogs & @petadventuresnz Like Nala, your pup will thrive from it. Nala has been a companion dog since day dot.. I assumed because of her breed she was just more interested in people than furry ones. I realise now it’s because she didn’t get the chance often enough to experience this! Adventuring in the wilderness with a pack of gorgeous tempered dogs should be encouraged as much as possible. The change in Nala in such a short time is amazing. She’s been craving this and I just didn’t realise it. The daily updates I get and seeing her lovely manners and trying her very best to keep up with the bigger dogs. Brings me to tears... Having an anxiety disorder myself I understand Nala has picked up on this, she’s got separation anxiety because I have selfishly attached her to an only human connected world. Where she’s been shaped. This is most definitely the best thing I’ve have ever done for her, I wish I had done this sooner! I couldn’t trust or highly recommend anyone else to take better care of my girl... Knowing that she’s in the safest and loving hands while working on her crate training and separation anxiety before travelling over the ditch has aided my own anxious fears. Thank you so much a million times over @melissas_dogs @petadventuresnz And pups need holidays too!!! More...

Our dog Cashew has been going on pack walks with Pet Adventures for the last few months, he had a few behavioural issues in his approach to dogs that we wanted to work on. From the moment we saw Caleb work with Cashew, we could see the unique skill he has with dogs. Caleb and the team have been amazing and the calmer state of mind we've seen in our boy since starting with them has been so rewarding. We always know he's in great hands each day he's with them and we can't recommend these guys enough! Pieter Swarts More...

Ragu has only been going to Pet Adventures on and off for a couple of months, but we already notice a difference in him when playing and socialising with other dogs and general obedience out and about. He LOVES his adventure days, and for a breed that needs lots of exercise I love seeing him all tuckered out at the end of adventure day. On a personal note, we have had a lot of big life changes these last few months and on the days when Ragu is with Caleb and his team, I am noticeably more relaxed and happy knowing he is in good hands having a great time. They have also been amazing for helping out with weekend stayovers and easy but effective training tips. Thanks so much guys, from me, Scott, and Ragu ☺️ More...

We have a big two year old neo mastiff who since ive became pregnant has turned super protective and almost highly strung. We needed to get some help with training her and was introduced to Caleb and Melissa who are really experienced with Neo Mastiffs. Since they have been working with her she is a completely different dog and listens to us so much more. It has helped us to learn more about how these particular dogs work too which has been a massive help. The adventures they take her on are amazing and although she’s only just started, she sits and waits patiently and excitedly at the door for the van to pull up. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough, they have made our life so much easier and less stressful. Thank you Caleb, Melissa and your team x More...

Our boy Leopold, who has been described by experienced dog trainers as the most sensitive dog they’ve ever met, LOVES Caleb and we entrust Pet Adventures to look after him. ..but if you need any convincing go watch the video from 18 November 2018 about our adopted dog Cola. After a year of fostering and training her, we still could not socialise her with new dogs at all - until Caleb stepped in. WATCH THE VIDEO OF HER REAL LIFE TRANSFORMATION. Thank you Caleb and Pet Adventures for helping our family ❤️ More...

The best thing you can do for your dog. We have a rehome German shepherd who was aggressive and defiant. Melissa and Caleb have helped us create a completely different temperament in our baby and he is so much happier for it. The adventures are very enjoyable for Bear as he waits at the gate for his pick up and comes home content and tired. Always punctual and reliable and I know that I can trust them with my boy because they are so experienced and educated. We use them to board our dog, walk our dog and train our dog. The best service we have found. Thanks Caleb and Melissa for giving Bear his second chance. More...
