Full rental management
We will advertise for tenants for your property, vet potential tenants, do credit and reference checks, arrange the move in and entry inspections, handle maintenance, routine inspections, issues and vacates. We keep you informed at whatever level you would prefer. Rent arrears are handled immediately, rents are held in our trust account and we use Palace rental management software. We send regular statements, copies of any invoices and annual summaries for your tax return.
