I’m currently a teacher at New Zealand institute of health and fitness, teaching our students to become personal trainers. I love this as I can help people grow in confidence and push themselves, then go out and help other people do the same.

I enjoy helping people, getting to know individuals and helping them to smash personal targets.

I have been a personal trainer for 14 years and have been able to help hundreds of people. I love giving people a platform to start or continue enjoying fitness and loving themselves.

I work from a private fully furnished gym in the heart of Wellington CBD.

I can also offer online PT if needed.

We have set up the facilities with barcodes to use the COVID tracker. We use sprays and wipes on all the equipment after every session.
