We are a residential property management company in New Plymouth. We handle everything from setting rent, advertising, screening tenants, tenancy agreements, inspections, and organising maintenance.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. I enjoy meeting all types of different people and helping people. Whether it's finding a property they can call home, or solving problems quickly, it's very rewarding work. Property is a passion but it's the people that are at the heart of our business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always looked for better ways to do things. I'm not afraid of change or rocking the boat. Running my own business I get to listen to customers and adapt to offer the service you seek. I believe in customising the customer experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that good communication is key to good property management. I'm on top of any issues that arise and keep tenants and landlords well-informed. When it comes to managing, I am firm but fair. You can rest assure your property will be well looked after.
Tenant Screenings
We do thorough background, credit, and reference checks on all prospective tenants.
Tenancy Agreements
We draw up the tenancy agreements. It's important you have this done right. We include clauses specific to your property and make sure you have the required Healthy Homes Statements.
Inspections
Our fee includes Move-in and Move-out inspections as well as routine quarterly inspections.

Repairs and Maintenance
Through our network of skilled trades people, you know the job will get done efficiently and professionally.
Bond collection
We will lodge the bond for the property and take care of the refund process when the tenants move out.
Rent Collection
We collect the rent and then disburse it to the landlord's bank account every 2 weeks. We have zero tolerance for rent arrears.
Representation at the Tribunal
If there is a dispute, we will be prepared to take it to the tribunal. We are always professional and have documented everything throughout the tenancy. We will make this as stress-free as possible.
Advertising
We advertise your property when it becomes available. Our goal is to get the best tenants in and reduce the vacancy rate.
