I would highly recommend Brandon. He is very gentle with our dog, and takes a lot of time and trouble to give us exactly the kind of groom we want. He is very receptive to feedback and always has a friendly manner. He is punctual and always sends us a message to let us know when he is on his way, which is very helpful in planning our day. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to be with dogs every day, making them look great, and getting to know the owners too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I thought that I would be able to make a really positive impact on all the dogs I get to groom - owning my own business means that I could set a higher standard.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because every dog that I groom gets treated with the upmost respect. Many dogs I groom have had previously negative grooming experiences, but have responded positively to my grooming.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure all equipment is sanitised after grooms, my grooming services are done from within my truck so can be done contactlessly.
