What makes a great website?
Making a beautiful website is one thing, but identifying the behaviour and habits of your customer, creating a journey to mirror your findings, and implementing it into your website is key to maximising performance and increasing conversions.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always ask where they want to go. What is the future of their business? What they see as a win if they were to work with us. Most importantly who are their customers, how can we profile them in order to understand how they behave, their habits, and why they buy.
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process differs between services. In general, we hold a Discovery session, clarify objectives, move into initial concept designs, have a feedback session, begin refining concepts, present two solutions, final feedback session, finalise the concept, client sign off, and then roll out. The amount of feedback sessions is dependent of the size or scope of a project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Very little. We would like to know a little about their business, the project scope, and a budget range.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything we do starts with a pencil and a blank piece of paper. Through intelligence, research, and understanding we have the ability to create something new, something that didn't exist yesterday. The real cherry on top is when it goes out into the world and works for our clients and their audiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My hunger for success and diversity. Being creative in one industry can be great, for a time. Being creative in different industries in different ways every day, always challenging, always moving forward, pushing your capabilities that's what I wanted and that's what I wanted for my business.
