Paid the extra for parking with the cleaning fee,then they canceled the job due to them saying parking was too far and expensive.
Told them parking was just across the road from me and it was only $11 for parking yet there original quote for parking I paid then was $15.
Told them it was urgent and I need the refund back but then was told would take upto 7 days.
Disappointed with the experience.

Got my carpet cleaned in December payed extra for 3 very small stains to be removed. I how have 3 big stains that the guy said they would dry out in a day still there now. All they offered me was a $30 refund what a joke, having to pay someoneelse to fix there mistakes. Customer service and the carpet cleaning was the worst I've ever experienced.
