Simply fantastic! Ritz managed to help us set proper boundaries with our puppy Ted, and was open and honest about what we as a family needed to do to make Ted feel relaxed and happy at home. He included my teenage daughter in the training session and ultimately is an all round, knowledgeable, and kind human being.

Ritz from New Puppy Dog Training was amazing help with my 10 month old Staffy who developed some behaviour issues after been on crate rest for a few months due to an injury.
Ritz taught me multiple training techniques to help with the issues I was having in a jam packed 2 hour session.
I know fixing my dogs issues is a work in progress but since the session with Ritz I can definitely see the progression changes and I’m very amazed how the dynamics have changed.

Ritz was fantastic.. he hit all the points we were having trouble (Potty training and sleep training etc) with our new puppy and rectified them in one lesson. We have not had any trouble since. He is a proper “puppy whisperer”!! He was also kind enough to give our 6 year old daughter tips on how to manage “excitable” (ie jumping and nipping) behaviors also.
