Di guided our family fantastically for our Bernese Mountain Dog, and later our Leonberger. Most of our family, including young kids, were first-time dog owners, and she guided us with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm through the puppy-stages, junior and adult dog phases. Her insights, dedication, and communication are wonderful, and we found her readily available to assist if we had any questions or if new challenges/issues arose - she was always there for us.
