I would love to be able give a great review of a local business, but unfortunately I have had a poor experience. Months ago we booked in our 10th wedding anniversary here, and at the last minute received notification that it is cancelled by email. I've never received information about why or whether there were other options available, and they aren't answering the phone. I understand that offers have to change and things may look different under level 2, but to have it cancelled last minute after we have been in level 2 for weeks is poor communication. Also, I would have been happy to just have dinner or a smaller offering, but it wasn't even offered to me, we were just cancelled completely. Now there is nothing else available because it is so last minute. So in summary - communication from this business is terrible, and just picking up the phone and talking to customers would go a LONG way to improving your service! More...

I went with a girlfriend of 35yrs for a high tea. We got all dressed up for a fun girls days out. From the moment we walked in the ladies were attentive and friendly, the high tea was nothing but the best. High quality food, delicious fresh and full of flavour.
