We asked Nicola to help us with six rather varied videos. An introduction to our business, training videos and client induction videos.
As each had a different objective for each, we were very impressed with how adaptable Nicola was to our needs.
She worked with our nervous team at the introduction video shoot and helped us all to relax, smile and speak slower – the results were fantastic and we had a lot of fun. With the training videos she edited our pre-recorded videos to add music, features and subtitles. And with the induction videos she took our photos, videos and audio recordings and meshed them together into an effective tool.

What do you love most about your job?
My name is Nicola Kane, and I am the owner of Love2Video. After many years working in IT, web design and communciations roles, I have found my passion – helping small businesses create sales through video. I also create life story videos, saving your story for future generations to enjoy.
Seeing people relax and share their story in an authentic way on camera is so rewarding and I feel very lucky to do this work.
It’s natural to be nervous, but I find most people relax fairly quickly and enjoy the process of making their video – in fact it can be a really fun experience. I’d love to discuss how I can help you come alive on video – so get in touch and let’s make it happen.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a small business owner for over 14 years now, and love the flexibility it gives me as well as the personal growth I've experienced. Being your own boss can be challenging, but the benefits definitely outweigh those.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am very aware of safety for myself and my customers in these Covid times. Social distancing is important during filming sessions, as well as access to handwashing or hand sanitiser on site.

Our new video service Moving Memories will capture your favourite family stories and precious memories on video to create a digital time capsule for future generations to enjoy.
We offer a relaxed one-to-one interview at your home, so you’ll feel as if you’re sharing stories with an old friend. We take time to prepare you for the shoot by sharing ideas and questions before we start filming. We make sure you’re comfortable on camera so that we capture your true essence and personality.

My hourly rate is $95+gst and I also have some fixed rate social media packages too:
$145+gst/month for 1 post per week, or
$275+gst/month for 2 posts per week, or
$380+gst/month for 3 posts per week.
