I was a bit cautious before my 1st consultation but after 30 minutes in I knew my business partner was fully committed in helping me the best way possible.
What do you love most about your job?
I really love helping people reach their potential. They inspire me, and I inspire them. Together we get results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I immigrated to NZ at 23 years of age. Having studied Civil Engineering, I soon ended up in management roles, running a Consultancy unit, and managing a construction and maintenance firm with 65 staff. I was self-employed from 26 years of age. Contract engineering and project management on a wide variety of projects. Lots of stories. I then bought a large cafe/restaurant, and really grew that, and sold it. Then did some house renovations and then owned and operated a veterinary clinic, and grew that succesfully and sold it. I then decided to use the varied experience, and start in consulting/ coaching.
Why should our clients choose you?
I relate well to people, and businesses. Working in partnership approach with the owners, we soon get into action. I'm quick to get to the bottom of things, and identify areas of work. I have a broad base of experience and skills and network to draw from. I never give up.

I coach a lot online. It is a very focussed and (cost) efficient way. Besides coaching 1:1 with clients, I also run an Accelerator group programme, which is a hybrid of 1:1 coaching weekly/ fortnightly plus weekly group calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Comply with all health directives in NZ. Online coaching keeps it safe also!
