Communication was good, ill give them that. Everything else? no. I lost my key fob for my hyundai getz, they said they could do it, 30 mins later i get told its going to take longer than expected - sure no problem. They come back later, tell me its a 2 hour job and that I'll need my car battery charging while they go do another job. Got my wonderful partner to come do that, hung around til time was up 7pm and very cold, they come back, just to say its still not working and that they'll refer me to someone with more expertise. it was quite clear they were out of their depths, would have saved us both time to just say that from the beginning. Guy they referred did the job in literally 5 mins and says I'm not the first one to be referred. A bit of a joke really. More...

I managed to lock myself out of my apartment on a public holiday. After calling dozens of locksmiths they all gave a estimated time frame of 45 mins at best and 2hours at worst and quotes of $180 -$250 gst excl. My good man Phil was at my apartment within 30 mins of making the call and offered a bag of sweets!! Got the job done fast with a very friendly demeanour and even cut a extra spare key.
