I was trying to organize a family reunion from a distance - Trentham, Upper Hutt. I was emailing and phoning the Admin staff constantly over a period of 9 months. Nothing was too much trouble to the people who I dealt with. The venue was perfect. The service was excellent. The catering was wonderful.
