What’s your signature dish?
My specialty is fish. I'm proud of my Sashimi and Sushi which satisfies many clients. Also I have a special dish called 'Koji's OMAKASE' which is a mixed Japanese and European degustation menu.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Because my services are in the $$$ class, it is important to talk with the clients and understand their needs, and ensure a common understanding.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy sourcing fresh products with the clients needs in mind, and cooking in the most perfect way that gives great satisfaction to the consumer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is important to have full control when creating, producing and serving delicious food of exceptional quality. Customer satisfaction is paramount to me.

If you wish to enjoy great food and a unique dining experience in the privacy of your own home, I am at your service to provide a range of classical Japanese Sashimi / Sushi dishes as well as multi-course traditional Japanese meals.

I do not provide my services online or remotely at the moment but I will be looking into it and perhaps provide cooking lessons.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hygiene management has become even more strict than before; further to all the standard hygiene requirements, I now wear a mask and gloves while cooking.
