I love coaching and helping others succeed by strategizing and sharing what I know about the business world.

My career spans both the private and public sectors and I have been part of the leadership groups at ASB, ANZ, State Insurance, Inland Revenue, and EFTPOS New Zealand. The insights gained from these organizations are immeasurable.

I have been fortunate to work closely with global brands like Visa, Mastercard, and Verifone in the payment space, Windcave, Paystation by Trademe, and Paymark, for e-commerce, and developers designing new apps.

Most of the strategic and operational issues in business are about sales, marketing, business planning, risk mitigation, people management, procurement, feasibility study, and competitor analysis. My background enables me to cover all these bases and I can't wait to help you succeed.






I have 33 years’ diverse experience working in consulting, Financial Services, banking, insurance, Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer (B2B/B2C) channels, CX (Customer Experience), EFTPOS, and POS (point-of-sale), eCommerce and retail.

I have held various roles in Senior Leadership (SLT), including with ASB in Transaction Banking. I have also worked in strategy, coaching, risk mitigation, business continuity planning, procurement, marketing, national sales management, contact centers, retail environments, contract negotiations, and new business.

I have invaluable experience to help others succeed.

In addition to 12 years of self-employment, I was a full-time mentor and professional coach to the Senior Leadership Team at ASB Global Transaction Banking for 12 months. This role exposed me to the executive suite for one of New Zealand's largest banks and I learned skills there about business and capital that are worth their weight in gold.

I have led numerous teams, co-created products, project managed marketing campaigns, and personally developed sales programs to generate millions of dollars in sales.

I have created and run coaching and mentoring programs for a nationwide team, developed my own business from scratch, and established numerous funnels to generate leads and traffic at low cost, leveraging social media. This is information I will share so we can succeed together.
