Keenan was my PT for a few months when I was first starting out at the gym. He taught me the basics of the gym and was so patient with me learning everything (especially with RDL’s which were my enemy and are now my favourite exercise! ). Keenan gave me so much knowledge and motivation and I am thankful I was able to have him as my PT! I’ve done a few sessions now with Keenan and from the first day we vibes great, he made me feel comfortable in a new environment and with my anxiety, meeting me outside is a must and without a second ask he’s there every time. Keenan was a really good trainer. He keeps my personal goals in mind and pushes me to go that extra step.
All while keeping an eye out for any potential harm to my well being. Keenan structured my sessions in such a way that I'm able to make noticeable progress without putting stress on my injured shoulder.

We can implement a wide range of tools some of those can include; resistance training, aerobic training, certain nutritional strategies, body composition analysis scans and much more. Whatever suits your situation.

I understand some people want different things, some people want a casual personal trainer to help them exercise, and lose that extra weight. Some people want to take their fitness to the next level. I can help with both and everything in-between.

While studying for my bachelor of sport and exercise science I decided I wanted to get started right way. So I went to night classes while at university and dove right into the industry.

1. I care, I am invested in my clients success and want the best for everyone that I work with.
2. I'm constantly educating myself including staying on top of the new research and broadening my expertise with different modalities of training.
3. I live this everyday and I know the hurdles, I know how good pizza tastes, I know how hard it is to exercise after work. It's my job to make this as easy as possible while not giving up your current lifestyle.
