My own mental and physical journey into fitness! I was suffering really badly with anxiety and depression and fitness and a healthy lifestyle turned that around. My confidence and physical body also benefited from my journey!

Yes! All my services can be provided ONLINE! through zoom :)

Currently I am working Face to face in my private studio one on one only with the use of vaccine passports and sign in. Under the current restrictions it’s mandatory. I wear a mask, distance when possible and everything is cleaned between clients. There is space between bookings to allow no clients to cross paths. For those who choose not to vaccinate at this stage it’s zoom training only! ( at green traffic light everyone is welcome) i have hand sanitiser, and sanitise all gear in between. I am also double jabbed myself, but hold no judgement for anyone else’s choices - but as stated before I am complying with government mandates.

Services

60 minutes of PT includes warm up, workout, and a partner stretch at the end

45 minutes of training, warm up, workout and brief instructed stretches at the end

45 minutes, deep dive on limiting beliefs, patterns and thoughts keeping you stuck in some negative self talk. We unravel these and help put things in place to help you move into a better space with body image and confidence.

Remote training with equipment or no equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. Session times range from 30-60 minutes
