What do you love most about your job?
Empowering and guiding others to reach potential and to create the change they desire.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been there too. I was hit by an overwhelming need to change my work, and lifestyle. I knew it had to happen. I needed to find something new, have more out of life, but how? It was such a time of uncertainty and vulnerability.
Looking back now, it was also an exciting time to explore, to work out what was important to me, and what things I really liked to do. I had to ask myself some really searching questions. It was so wonderful then to be able to embrace my next beginning with confidence and anticipation.
Perhaps it’s a new career or business, perhaps it’s deeper relationships or a healthier lifestyle? ‘It’s not too late. There’s time now to nourish yourself. Time to figure out what you want, and how to grow into the person you know you want to be…

Because I’ve been at this exact spot too.
And from getting myself unstuck and moving forward with a significant life and career changes, I’ve developed a seriously great set of tools to help other women. I am so committed to this work because the way I feel today compared to that feeling of “there just has to be more to life”, is just priceless.
