I have had a number of property managers through Iron Bridge Property Management and have been a client of Charmaine Botha most recently and I have not one bad word to say about her. Have been in contact with her a number of times in the last few weeks due to a house fire at a property I was renting and she has been the calm through the storm. She has answered every call, every text and the same day the tragedy happened, she secured a new property to move in to (so we had a plan which she organised!). She has always asked how me and my family are doing first and foremost and has been our rock during this stressful time. We had the pleasure of dealing with Desere Girdlestone from Iron Bridge when purchasing our forever home recently. We found Desere to be professional, friendly and very supportive at all times during the viewing and purchase process. The service she provided and her style of communication was outstanding and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made it such a stress-free process for us (which also included delays in settlement due to the COVID-19 impacts). Desere is such a credit to Iron Bridge.
