We engaged Illia to develop a design concept to extend our three bedroom to 4 bedroom. Perviously we had the sports club I belonged to engaged him to develop the design concept for the extension of the club. I love to be able to solve complex functional and spatial problems, articulate space, function and look for the client's and general public benefit
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is a greatest journey for an architect to start own practice, think independently and pursue their creative ideas
Why should our clients choose you?
I will not work with any client. Designing a building is a greatest challenge and one need to be wise and careful who they commit to engage with on this journey, which takes months, sometimes even years. I need to be interested in the job and people I propose my services for. I will only chose interesting and challenging jobs. If that's about your project - feel free to contact !

Yes. We have capacity to work remotely. We use Zoom, MS Teams, Google Drive. We can evaluate your project outside Auckland or even NZ provided comprehensive photo material and documents are supplied
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our policy is to follow NZ Goverment Covid-19 guidelines. We always use NZ Covid tracer app
