Fence & Gate Installation
This guy (Ian) over promised and did not deliver. I paid him $1392 as a deposit and was told he would work on it in 2 weeks.
2 weeks went by and no work done. I followed up with a call and he said he was in Wanaka cycling like wtf? That was a Saturday then he said it would be started on the Tuesday. I called him again on the Friday and he said I’m getting a scan and what not. I ended up finding someone else who started on the same day and completed the work by Saturday. I asked him for a refund and now Ian is dodging all my calls and has not payed my refund as agreed. This guy is full of excuses.
Not a happy customer at all.

As explained to the customer we were away for work of town, obviously he wanted us there in the weekends, we said work would start on the Tuesday but two days of poor weather including snow, we're ready on the Friday and had materials with us but he said he had someone else, he was refunded, we did not know that we were expected to complete a professional service when this client was happy to use a home handy man, get what you pay for. Could hv edited two days and got a professional job done unlike what he has
