I been with Hale Health Centre for 8months now, and what I love about it is the team that care about you and your progress no other fitness centre cares more about you then them, they listen to your needs, they provide with a program, they have one on one sessions or group ones, they greet you at the door by name, your not just a dollar sign they genuinely care about you. They are friendly and everyone talks to each other, it has a great family atmosphere, and most importantly I get results from my programs, but also feel good about how things are going.
