Great service right from the beginning from Peter Veck who listened to my needs and explained the process. Quite a long wait to have the product fitted but this may have been due to Covid 19 and the winter weather, but they did keep in contact with an update. Excellent customer service. Friendly people to deal with. After I called Gavin, he sent me right away his Technical Sales Rep (Peter) to have a look on my requirements. Peter was awesome, he explained to me the technicalities of the product. Then he gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Couple of weeks later the gutter protection system was installed by a professional installer Tangi. He was friendly and pretty much have a good knowledge about the functionality of the product. Our gutters were overflowing with leaves, nests etc but Tangi got up on our very high 2 storey roof on such a hot day and sorted it all out!
