Walters coaching style and enthusiasm towards making sure you are
getting the best out of yourself sets himself above the rest. Having
a coach with these attributes not only allow me to achieve my goals
but exceed them and get the results I thought were 'not even
possible'. Walter also has a vast variety of high-level training
equipment readily available; from bike trainers/treadmills to altitude
machines, to an infinite swimming pool and underwater treadmill,
allowing us to dive deeper into fine-tuning technique and performance
for even better results. Coming out of injuries, mental challenges or
just the hard work in training, Walter has a strong belief in not only
me but also himself and what he's doing, and that really gives me the
extra bit of confidence to overcome the hurdles that I may face
working towards my goals.

Go2max Endurance coaching is a complete system for triathlon, cycling, running, multisport and ultra running. This allows athletes to remove all the conflicting information so they can get on with training and have the confidence that what they are doing is correct so that on race day you are really flying.

Go2max has its very own Endless swimming pool with full video analysis to help athletes improve their swimming abilities
About the Endless pool
Video is used for each lesson. Once you can see yourself swimming everything becomes clear. This helps you make the changes needed to become a better swimmer.

The water current in the Endless Pool offers excellent proprioceptive feedback highlighting every change you make to your stroke.

The underwater mirror is an added advantage to watching what you are doing underwater with every stroke you take.

The Endless pool is in a private bespoke clean facility with water temp set at an ideal 29 degrees

IMPROVED ENDURANCE
Your body becomes much more efficient at using available oxygen, which gives you the added advantage of lasting longer at higher speeds.
WEIGHT LOSS
The body is made to work harder at altitude regardless of whether you are sedentary or active. The result is a higher energy cost at a cellular level which can burn up to double the amount of calories than at sea level.
MORE ENERGY
You will feel less exhausted after a conventional (sea level) training session. Under hypoxia the body has been used to training with less oxygen resulting in the body’s ability to now use the full available amount of oxygen at sea level more efficiently.

THE UNDERWATER HYDROTHERAPY TREADMILL FOR REHABILITATION AND PERFORMANCE IS FOR EVERYONE
Before using the underwater treadmill I could not run more than 10 minutes due to a calf issue.The underwater treadmill allowed me to not only run,but do intervals.
