What sets you apart from other businesses?
I'm a sole trader, so I guess that answer would be me.
I'm a life coach with 46 years of life experience. I've always been a coach, from fostering for 21 years, working in the care industry for 23 years, to owning my own early childhood care business for 13 years, supporting and mentoring people and families has been my life purpose.

Kate is an incredibly skilled coach with an uncanny knack of asking the questions that even I hadn’t anticipated. And I anticipate a LOT, so that’s saying something. Most interactions result in me thinking “huh, I hadn’t thought of it from that perspective”. I was a bit of a mess when we first worked closely together and I can genuinely say that she made a huge difference in my life, helping me to understand (and re-understand) my freshly-diagnosed officially-weird brain. I first approached Kate when things had got so bad I had no idea what to do. I felt completely lost. In the simplest terms, Kate helped me find my way again. I was at a point in life where I was confused, frustrated, felt trapped and had no idea which way to turn – it was exhausting. Kate took some of the weight off my shoulders. She took the time to listen, communicate in a supportive way what I needed to hear, helped me with practical ways to change my mindset and behaviors, and helped steer me into achieving tangible goals. What do you love most about your job?
Its too corny to say helping people.
And honestly what I love most about my job is that I get to see people evolve through their own recognition of their capabilities, desire, intention, confidence and internal drive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always done my best work as my own boss, being able to harness my own drive and interest driven motivation means I can work with the people I am compatible to work with and make it fit for both of us most effectively. I find that being able to tailor things to each individual makes the results stick better in the longterm

You should choose me because despite the fact that I am fabulous, you are my point of attention, I am brilliant, but your own brilliance is the whole point of this exercise.....and that feeling of discomfort that you got when I suggested you have brilliance.... thats why you should choose me.

I can provide services remotely and in person, I have some flexibility to be able to travel but that will incur a cost depending on distance.
