This gym is unlike any other gym I've ever been to. It's the BEST ONE!!! It's like a playground for adults. Everyday is different. Never the same workout twice. You get a better workout than hours on a treadmill at a traditional gym, and it's done in 45 minutes!!! Even a busy mum like me can take 45 minutes for myself! The trainers are fantastic! They are with you the entire time, helping perfect techniques and motivating you to do your best. I don't have to talk myself into going to workout, I wake up and can't wait until it's F45 time! This is more than a gym, it's a community and a family! Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and absolutely no judging no matter your fitness level! I brought F45 in my travels. It changed my life. It is not just a gym, it is a way of living. Since my youth that I tried to loose weight, go to the gym, get in shape. Never worked. After a while, the motivation is gone. In 4 months with F45 I lost 15kg. I would run out of work just to be able to get to the gym in time. A little family that I found far away from home. Thank you so much, I promise I will keep up! And if God wants, you will open a gym in Portugal soon More...
