Where do I even start?! From the minute I met the trainers/owners I just sensed a vibe that I knew I was going to love. I was extremely nervous to join group fitness again but WOW, loved it! Aimee and AJ are just all round amazing people with so much knowledge, skills, friendly vibes, caring attitudes and they just know their stuff. Couldn't recommend a better team to help you smash out your goals. They've been absolutely supportive with everyone on their own journeys, including me and mine and I don't think I'll ever even have enough words to say thanks ❤ Just try one class and you'll be hooked ♀️ if you're not then I'll shout you a coffee for giving it a go anyway ♀️ Side note, the community of people involved are also legends that drive each other to push you through until the end! Wow what can I say - Aimee and AJ are great at what they do - the care and energy they put into each person in the class is incredible to see! Now first of all I'm going to admit that I've not trained at F45 Blenheim, but I did live and trained (maybe 4 times ) with Aimee in Chch and can tell you right now she is one of the most dedicated to the cause hard working and focused women I've met. The state's she'd come home in... From skinned shins feet and various other bumps and bruises to the sheer amount of enthusiasm the woman carries through her sessions I'd strongly recommend her and her partner and their new gym any day.
