What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients and audiences become their authentic, dynamic, powerhouse selves in all areas of their lives, through making the changes they want for themselves. My desire is for people to trust themselves, be themselves. To understand that authentic leadership and achieving the desired business outcomes are not mutually exclusive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I left a leadership position in corporate in 2001 after completing my 2 year US based Executive & Leadership Coaching qualification. Driven by my desire to help senior business professionals like myself to understand their personal power, to help them achieve their desired outcomes in a way that fulfils them, brings them happiness and recognises who they are as individuals.
I recognised, and still see this same pattern today, that business professionals are promoted or start their own businesses due to their excellent technical skills in their field, however more often they do not have leadership training, which is a very different skill set.
I see persistent frustration expressed by leaders that their team are not as self motivated, driven, and capable as they are. What I want for leaders I also want for their team, and know this is achievable through perseverance, clarity, empathy while leveraging proven tools and strategies that deliver to their desired outcomes.

I can offer face to face, online or remotely. I believe in understanding what my clients' needs are and providing a solutions focused business proposal to best meet them, including if delivery works better for them remotely. I have coaches leaders in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada and Germany (English Speaking).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been offering online and remote services prior to Covid 19 and continue to do so. I have open, transparent conversations with clients around our health & safety practices as part of our engagement.
