Executive Coaching
Coaching in its purist form is always driven by the Client. Where the Client is at, what the Client wants to change, and who that Client uniquely is.
You will be coached by someone who has the innate ability to truly hear and understand what is being said, both via your verbal and non verbal communications.
You are listened to intently from a place of respect, acceptance, and interest about what you are experiencing, and feeling with that.
You will have played back what is being heard, and you’ll be asked thought provoking, direct questions designed to build clarity around what actions you determine you will take moving forward.
Together we build a clear strategy and plan forward. Any obstacles that come up for you will be worked through and removed, and most importantly you are held accountable, so it’s not just warm fuzzies and empty words.

Caro has a solid business background spanning over 30 years in several business models. Corporate Senior Manager, Business Owner, Entrepreneur. She’s worked on Client and Agency sides and Consulted and Coached Leaders in the Corporate, Small Business and Entrepreneurial sectors.
Having enjoyed wonderful career successes and some setbacks, all offering further growth & learning in her professional life, Caro maintains her greatest career role was acting as primary Caregiver for her late parents. Uprooting her globe trotting life based in Sydney to return to Auckland for what was a harrowing, yet rewarding period learning to navigate the Aged Care system, seeing her leverage her considerable communication and leadership skills to ensure her parents achieved the necessary support as their health plummeted and their needs accelerated.
Like many in life, the further we move along our personal timelines the more challenges come up for us to grow and learn from. More recently in 2022 Caro saw a much loved health & wellness business implode due to the actions of her former trusted business partner, and then weeks later got her own shocking Breast Cancer diagnosis.
Off the back of a successful 12 months of Active Treatment and now enjoying being termed Cancer Free, Caro is on a mission to inspire others to embrace their lives, offering them a blueprint to follow, weaving resilience with joy so they are their authentic, dynamic, powerhouse selves in all areas of their lives!
Caro likes to engage her audience interactively, with a natural, fun & honest speaking and teaching style. She is committed to ensuring her audience are left feeling valued, and having information for them to take action in their day to day lives in a way that is authentic for them.
