I had the keratin treatment and Sam did a fab job she is very professional and thoughtful of other clients too, before she started the keratin application she ensured all the other clients in the salon had face masks and were aware that the treatment she was about to apply could smell a bit for them and took appropriate measures to ensure they were ok before she started. I’m really pleased with my treatment and the salon had a nice atmosphere all the staff were very friendly. Sam made sure I was happy with my style and recommended some good product for ongoing treatment for conditioning of my hair before I left. She is amazing with cuts and incredible with color!!
