What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to remind people that they are magnificent and lovable beings. When we understand and embody the knowing that there is NOTHING, no matter what has happened in life that can make us unworthy of love, then we create an opening for more healing light. That gets me out of bed every day, ready to be of service. :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration for starting my own business came from my passion for seeing others and myself thrive. I'm a believer in doing what we love. I love witnessing, supporting and encouraging people to expand into their highest potential and the best way for me to do this is by offering my services through a Life Coaching practice.
Why should our clients choose you?
First, I'm not big on the word 'should' as it gets should juice all over me ;) and it's disempowering language. However, I think people will choose my services because we are a good fit, and they are ready to invest in themselves and feel that I'm here to encourage their greatness!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID Policy:
If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home, and your deposit will be transferred to cover the costs of your participation in an upcoming workshop or session. Coaching sessions can be redirected online.
If level 2 is declared, coaching sessions will only be offered online.
If you prefer a refund rather than a deposit transfer, refunds will be issued minus a minor admin fee of $5.
Couple's Coaching
When we find ourselves looking for couple's coaching, often there has been a break in trust and a hurt/hurts that is requiring more than a bandaid. I collaborate with my husband of 11 years, Travis Edeland. This allows you to get a perspective from both the masculine and feminine. Together we invite a more holistic approach that invites you to create even more richness, safety, intimacy, healthy communication and peace in your relationship(s).
We offer conflict resolution, information & resources about the masculine/feminine energy and behavioral patterns, activities to become more self-aware and less triggered by one another.
