The Puppy Pack is our puppy group that train, play and grow together from a young age!

The Puppy Pack meet for a minimum of two hours for playtime and basic training to ensure they become happy and healthy dogs! We use stimulating, interactive games and exercise to give your pup a great day of learning and development while making friends.

We also use this time to get puppies prepared to join Dogscape Group walks when they’re older by giving them the tools they need to follow commands and walk well within a pack.

The Puppy Packs will run in morning and afternoon sessions and includes pick up and drop off!

Puppy pack information:
Your puppy will learn to socialise well with other puppies in a fun and safe environment.
A walk is included in this time to help your puppy learn to walk well on the lead and to ensure they are less reactive to noises, other dogs and public places.

Dogscape overnight homestays are the perfect option for dogs that enjoy an at home atmosphere, with human company. An overnight home-stay at Dogscape is a safe and loving alternative to a commercial dog kennel, meaning you can worry less knowing your dog is being cared for in the same way, while you're away.

We only take up to two dogs at a time, this ensures your dog gets all of the attention and love that they are used to and deserve. We have a fully fenced 800m2 section for your furry friend to play in. We provide treats, toys and activities and an inside sleeping area to keep your dog content and entertained during their stay with us.
Please note, we supply indoor beds but if your dog would prefer to sleep in their own bed then please let us know and we can collect this on pick up. We also have crates available for small and large dogs, as this is a requirement for puppies under the age of one.

Dogscape Overnight stay information:
- A walk is included, we have plenty of great bush walks surrounding our neighbourhood so we can offer a variety if your dog likes to regularly mix things up.
- If your dog is staying during a group walk and gets on with our pack, your dog can join us, at no additional cost on an outdoor adventure walk, where they can exercise and socialise with other dogs.
- We supply beds for your dog located in a quiet indoor area but if your dog would prefer to sleep in their own bed then please let us know and we can collect this on pick up;
- Dogs under one must sleep in a crate (this is supplied).
- Dogscape will pick up and drop off your dog. If you live outside Lower Hutt then this can be arranged at an additional fee, please note we don't allow drop off or pick ups from the property.
- Please supply your own dog food as every dog has specific diet requirements.
- Overnight stay period is from 3 pm to 11 am, this time frame can be extended at an additional cost.

Dogscape offers private walks to all dog breeds that can be the duration of either 30 minutes or 1 hour long, on leash around your neighbourhood.

Private walks can be a great option for your dog if they don't get along well with other dogs but would like to eventually join Dogscape group walks. Private walks are also great for dogs that need to work on a particular behavioural issue such as their recall or if you think your dog could benefit from some extra one on one training time.

Private Walk Information:

- All of our training is positive reinforcement training. We work on "sit", "stay", "touch", "wait", "come", "release", loose-leash training and other fun tricks. If you have any specific training requirements such as reactivity or recall then please let us know;
- We walk in all weather conditions so please ensure your dog wears a coat if required.
- We tend to use treats on our walks so please let us know if your dog has any food allergies that we should be aware about.

Cost: 30 minute walk is $40.00 excluding gst and a 60 minute private walk is $60.00 excluding gst.

Once your dog is safely back at home you will receive a message to let you know when their walk has ended, this helps you plan your day by knowing when your dog was last outside!

Dogscape Puppy Sitting is ideal for puppies who are yet to receive vaccinations, or for puppies that need a little more time to adjust to being around other dogs.

Our Dogscape team will look after your puppy while you are busy at work or running errands.

Puppy Visit Information:

- We will feed, play and take your puppy outside for a toilet break.
- The duration of this service is 2 hours and the cost is $60.00 excluding gst.
- If your puppy has received their vaccinations then a walk will be included in this service for no extra charge.
- We will teach your puppy basic commands and work on leash recall if you have an available outdoor area.

Once your puppy is vaccinated and ready to socialise with other dogs then we can discuss joining our Dogscape puppy pack group which can be viewed here.

Dogscape home visits are perfect for dogs who need some company or require medication during the day. This service is suitable for anxious or timid dogs, older dogs and dogs recovering from an injury or operation.

A home visit includes:

Feeding your dog and taking them outside for a toilet break.
Administering medication if required.
Offering comfort, love and affection to dogs who require extra attention.
Engaging in stimulating and fun play with your dog.
Visits are one hour and due to our availability we book by the day not by the hour as the time we visit during the day can vary.

If your dog has any special requirements you can let us know via our client agreement form that you will receive shortly after booking your home visit.
