The most amazing service! I’m absolutely blown away by how kind, caring and friendly the staff are at Dog Manners. My dog Milo loves going to doggy daycare and comes back exhausted which is so good knowing he has had a good day out and about playing with other dogs. With just having a newborn it’s been an absolute blessing being able to have milo picked up and dropped off. I would highly recommend Dog Manners to anyone, both you and your pup will be so happy and the best part is not having to rush to get your dog there in the morning or picking up with the amazing service they come to you. We recently joined Dog Manners for our anxious rescue pup. The team have continued to take their time to get to know ‘Mallory’ to not rush her, ensuring Mallory builds her trust in them. We have been amazed with the level of communication we have had from day one. The team regularly update us and are always there to offer advice. Taking on a smaller number than most other day cares means they know our girl really well and we have total trust in them. Every communication I have had with Dog Manners only reinforces how well they know Mallory and her quirks. I have never seen her be so happy and involved in a day care before, which is a true reflection of the amazing atmosphere they create for our animals. The team have celebrated Mallory’s progress as much as we have, showing true care and empathy for our dogs. The pick up and drop off service means we come home to a very tired girl! Our dog absolutely loves daycare. When he hears the van pull up on his days he can’t jump in the van quick enough! He has such a great time there and it’s reassuring to know that he is well looked after and the team are very passionate at what they do. Dog Manners and their day care has been an absolute saviour for us. With a very active and social pup it’s nice to know that he’s having the time of his life with all his friends during the day while we’re at work. The pick up service is so convenient and you can tell all of the staff genuinely care about all the dogs and know their personalities. Us and our dog absolutely love Phillip and Dog Manners. Phillip personally trained our dog when she was a puppy and I was present at many of the training sessions both on and off site. Phillip was amazing in training both her and us and we have had great results. She has attended day care with Dog Manners ever since and absolutely loves it. Phillip and Milk are her two favourite people in the world (other than her mum and dad of course). I have recommended their training and day care to countless friends and family who all absolutely rave about them. Phillip and Minke are true animal lovers, especially when it comes to our doggies. Feel like we struck the lottery with Dog Manners. The pictures speak for themselves- our pup is happiest at day care - my partner and I joke that our puppy loves Michelle more than us! The team are caring and accommodating and clearly love what they do. Would recommend two-fold! My 8 years old Jack Russell been reactive and had aggression from anxiety around other dogs for past 2 years or so. I have consulted with 3 other trainers and was losing hope before I came across Dog Manners. Some told me “she’s fine” just for her to go and nip on another dog again, other one told us she needs to stay with them 5-6 weeks and get electric shock collar to train her (plus charge us around $5k for this torture, which luckily I didn’t go ahead with). The plan and price from Dog Manners made so much more sense from the get go but I could not have imagined results this good. It’s been 2 months now since she spent a week with Phil and Minke, and my dog is super friendly, happy and relaxed now. Welcoming all dogs with a waggy tail. My partner calls Dog Manners the magicians cause he couldn’t believe the change either 😅 I love that she gets picked up and go socialise now once a week too which keeps me confident and so happy to see all the photos each week. Highly recommend the team at dog manners! My girl Luna struggled with reactiveness with other dogs, and people which was a big struggle ! She spent a week with Phillip and came back so calm and willing to listen to each command flawlessly! My dog Oakley has just finished a week with Phillip and Minke and I am so impressed with his progress. Phillip is amazing to talk to and is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviours. I have seen a massive improvement with Oakley and his listening and understanding of commands, well worth the money. Dog manners is so clean and both Phillip and Minke are both friendly people with a heart of gold. Highly recommend these guys! Our girl Ellie has been with them since 5 months old and she’s really thrived being a part of their pack. She’s made so many friends there and always comes back home happy and ready for a big nap. Our girl gets so excited for daycare that she sits at the window in the mornings looking for the daycare van to come down our street, once she sees it her tail wags like mad and she runs to the door, she honestly loves daycare days so much! Minke and Phillip care for their daycare dogs like they are their own and always do what’s best for them. They are always happy to cater for our girls needs whether it’s her special dietary requirements, having lunch while at daycare, administering her medication ect I honestly can’t think of anyone else I would rather have look after my pup 🥰 More...
