What do you love most about your job?
Being motivated from an early age to really understand myself and how life and relationships work, I have studied and explored personal development all my life. I know that being true to myself means I naturally know how to support others to do the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My in-depth experience with personal and spiritual growth, coupled with training in diverse counselling methods, equips me with the insight and natural desire to support others become clear about who they are and what's right for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
My calm, clear, empathetic presence enables me to tune into what you as a client feel, think, need and want. Developing your self-awareness is the key to positive change.
We work with these core elements to clarify the new choices you can make to move toward how you want to feel, and what you want to experience more of in your daily life.

I prefer one-to-one personal contact, however depending on what you prefer or need, I also provide remote sessions using Skype or Zoom.
