What makes a great website?
A great website is well Googled (ie. search engine friendly, with great punchy content), fast to load, interesting/attractive content (key statements, informative, calls to action, good video and imagery), easy to navigate and use, and creates conversions (ie. visitors buy, or it inspires visitors to contact).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your industry? Your target market? Are you wanting to update your own website? Do you need a copywriter for your content? Do you need a logo? Will your website be selling products/services via credit card or PayPal? Do you need your website to communicate with other applications (eg. MailChimp, Xero, an inventory system)? What is your realistic budget?

Creating web-based solutions to suit our clients needs (as opposed to having clients bending to fit our solutions).
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to create attractive, intuitive, smart, and easy-to-use websites and web systems, that enabled our clients to become more efficient and profitable.
