Went this morning to have my hair done and I am really amazed of the result.. as always. The owner is hands-on and always sees to it that their customers get the maximum satisfaction in regards to their services. Staff are interactive especially the owner and gives advices whenever necessary.. I stepped out of the salon very happy and really satisfied of the outcome. The stylist did a good job on my threading for eyebrows and upper lip and took good care. However when I said to the owner I’m thinking of getting a perm, she reacted in a way as if I was joking or shock horror like A PERM REALLY? She asked me at least 3 times A PERM?!? And I said yeah I’m thinking about getting one and she told me she doesn’t want to do it as she doesn’t want her name being banished and that she thinks my hair is wavy enough and because it’s already bleached she won’t do it unless my hair is still a “Virgin”. She then suggested I should tie it in a high bun while wet and let it out to get a temporary curl. I understand the protection that she wants to keep for her name and I acknowledge the advice been given however it was an instant from her, not even an offer to test my ends or length to see if my hair can handle getting a perm or not, not even a question to ask how tight I wanted my curls or just frizz... I reasonably take good care of my hair even though I always have to have it in either a bun or French roll for work because of the length and thickness, however if a client asks a question of something they want done, they should not be made to feel embarrassed for asking the question. So thank you to the lovely young girl who did a good job on my threading however I can’t bring myself into going back into a salon as I walked away feeling so stupid that I asked. She needs to learn about customer service. My sister went to her salon to get her hair done was charged $460 for treatment and hairstyle but felt that she was disrespected and made to feel like she was not going to pay for their services. She was also very derogatory in her comments about her hair while the stylist was doing the treatment. Apparently she is nice to non Filipino clients. More...

Not happy with how I was treated. On the day I booked my appointment she quoted me a price of $110 for hair colour. On the day of appointment she tells me a higher price and blames the length of my hair when on the day of quote she checked my length. Then she cut my long hair up to my shoulder because apparently it had too many split ends which is a lie. I’m sure she chopped off my length to match the original price she quoted. I’m really disappointed with how she just chopped off my length without even my agreement. I’m never going back to her again. More...
