What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about commercial property and am a commercial property investor myself. I love meeting other landlords and helping them achieve great results for their commercial properties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have 23 years experience in Commercial Property investment, finance, development and management. During that time I have worked in both commercial and private property companies in Auckland and Sydney. I established and led a high performing and successful Property Management team with a portfolio valued at over $200m. I have been the CFO for a respected Property Group. I have dealt with hundreds of tenants in a wide range of businesses and I understand how to support businesses to flourish.
After two decades of observing how property managers, landlords and tenants work together, I could see that none of the parties were getting the results that they wanted.
CPP was established to disrupt the existing commercial property management market and offer landlords a better solution for their investments.
