My passion is working with organisations to help them optimise the achievement of their business objectives, through effective and efficient people strategies and delivery. I love being able to understand the business and add greater value over time by ensuring all thing HR are tailored to fit each client.

I wanted to work with small businesses who cannot afford a full time (or even part time) senior experienced HR professional, but really would like to be able to have access to input from someone on an “as needed” basis.

Because I’ve got lots of experience across a broad range of industries and I offer pragmatic and commercial solutions that are going to add value, not be some over-engineered expensive exercise that won’t deliver a result for you.

I often work remotely, but am equally happy to meet and work onsite - it’s about what works for each client and each assignment/project.

I am a religious scanner and keep appraised of the current situation in regard to Covid-19 in New Zealand. Depending on the current situation, will determine whether I meet in person, or we need to lean more heavily of technology and e-meetings.
